With the takeover of Gray Optics, Fisba intends to deepen and expand the engineering and development capacities of the North American subsidiary.

"The combined team will enable our customers to accelerate development and new solutions in the areas of Life Science, Manufacturing Engineering and Security & Defense," said Markus Hersche, CEO of Fisba AG. The acquisition of Gray Optics is intended to further support Fisba's strategy of providing optical solutions to improve health, productivity and safety.

With the purchase of Gray Optics, Fisba strengthens its technical and development expertise in North America.
