The Association for Manufacturing Technology (AMT) announces the return of its popular Meetup series for 2025, which will visit seven cities across the US. New to the series is a partnership with Women in Manufacturing (WiM) and the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA). These informal evening events offer industry professionals the opportunity to increase brand awareness, expand market share, and network in key manufacturing regions.

The series brings together AMT's network of technology manufacturers and distributors, NTMA's precision manufacturers, and WiM's community of women in the manufacturing industry. Bill Herman, AMT's vice president of membership and sales, emphasizes that these meetups reflect the increasing networking and community focus of the manufacturing industry. The program is supported by leading sponsors. The events offer free food and drinks and are open to manufacturing technology professionals. Attendance is free, but space is limited.

This year, the series will visit the following cities:

  • Charlotte, North Carolina: May 7 at Queen Park Social
  • Chicago, Illinois: June 4 at Stonewood Ale House – Schaumburg
  • Cleveland, Ohio: June 18 at Saucy Brew Works – Orange
  • Detroit, Michigan: July 16 at Bar Louie – Livonia
  • Indianapolis, Indiana: July 30 at Bar Louie – Carmel
  • Los Angeles, CA: August 20 at Geezers – Santa Fe Springs
  • St. Louis, MO: September 24 at Schlafly Bottleworks
