The significantly larger production area is designed for volume production and enables clearer structuring of processes and optimized workflows. Nanosystec can therefore manufacture complex assembly and testing systems more efficiently and achieve higher quantities with consistent quality and process stability.

The company has been developing precise systems for industrial series production in sectors such as optoelectronics, medical technology, the automotive industry and aerospace since 1998. These are based on modular platforms with sub-micrometer repeatability that integrate processes such as precision laser welding, UV micro-bonding, laser soldering and fine balancing. The new site is intended to support growth, scalability and technological development in the long term.
