Stemmer Imaging gains COO and loses CTO

The Supervisory Board of Stemmer Imaging appointed Uwe Kemm as Chief Operations Officer (COO) with effect from April 1, 2020. In this position he will be responsible for the implementation of the corporate strategy in addition to operational organizational units.

At the same time, Martin Kersting (CTO) resigned from the Management Board for personal reasons on March 31, 2020, leaving the company. However, he will continue to support Stemmer in an advisory capacity.

The Management Board of Stemmer AG thus continues to consist of two members: In addition to new member Klemm, the CEO is Arne Dehn, who has held this position since March 2019.

Kemm has experience with acquisitions and change management

Uwe Kemm has more than 30 years of experience as an executive in international and national companies in the technology sector. He has been responsible for sales and business development as well as for the market launch of products and technologies. He was responsible for the implementation of various company acquisitions as well as for organizational development and integration and change management.
