WIN>DAYS 2020: Wiley Industry Days as a virtual industry event for machine vision, automation and security

Join the virtual event on November 16-19, 2020

23.10.2020 -

The trade journals inspect, messtec drives Automation and GIT SICHERHEIT are organizing the virtual "Wiley Industry Days", or WIN>DAYS for short, with around 30 well-known companies and institutions. The decision makers of the industries will meet virtually from 16 to 19 November 2020 at www.WileyIndustryDays.com. Participation is free of charge - all that is required is a pre-registration here.

Planners, installers, dealers, architects as well as quality engineers, automation engineers, programmers, plant designers and measurement technicians are invited to register as visitors to WIN>DAYS free of charge and to find out about innovations, best practices, concepts and solutions for four days from 16-19 November 2020.

Exhibitors from the fields of security, safety, automation and machine vision will present themselves in the halls of the WIN>DAYS exhibition center. Visitors can expect to see trends in the areas of security management, video security, access solutions, robots & robots, drive technology, hyperspectral image processing, artificial intelligence - and of course a whole lot of Industry 4.0. WIN>DAYS will be rounded off by the simultaneous conference program in the digital auditoriums.

Trade fair as we know it - only digital

The Wiley Industry Days exhibition grounds are structured like a physical trade fair. The lobby with information points serves as orientation. There, the visitors get the right overview of the premises. With the navigation bar, run-of-site at the bottom of the screen, and signposts, visitors can easily navigate through the site with a click. A lounge and a meeting room can be used to talk to exhibitors and other visitors.

The focus of WIN>DAYS is on networking and exchange. Visitors can ask each other chat questions throughout the exhibition grounds. Every participant has an overview of who is on the grounds and in the various rooms or stands. There is also a public chat in each room.

At the virtual trade fair stand

Additional networking functions are also available for exhibitors. For example, in addition to the announcement by e-mail, an audio signal can indicate that a visitor is coming to a stand. This makes it possible to make contact quickly and easily. Visitors will also find a list of stand personnel and can contact exhibitors via the chat function or by e-mail. If necessary, it is then possible to switch to video chat in a private room. If everyone is busy, the visitor hands in his digital business card and can be contacted by the exhibitor after the trade fair.

Every visitor also has a "digital trade fair bag" - for information material, brochures and even videos. After the trade fair, the bag can be easily downloaded or sent by e-mail.

Compact conference program

The focus of the event is the exhibition and networking - accompanied by a compact conference program. A panel discussion with top-class guests will take place every morning. Afterwards, selected keynote speakers will explain the latest developments from industry and research. In the afternoons, exhibitors invite you to attend lectures. The digital conference program can be viewed in the auditoriums - interested parties can click directly into the presentations.

With the Wiley Industry Days, the WIN>DAYS, the publishing house Wiley and about 30 partners offer an opportunity for exchange in communities that currently have to largely do without physical events. When registering, anyone attending the virtual event agrees to be visible at least by name. This enables free and comfortable exchange among each other. Participation is free of charge for all visitors - all that is required is a pre-registration here: https://wiley.6connex.eu/event/industrydays.
