The growth of more than 20 percent is distributed evenly across the world regions and industry segments. The Stockach location in southern Germany, which was opened in 2018, made a contribution to the successful financial year. In the High-Tech Center Bodensee, Baumer develops and produces smart sensors and delivers orders from its logistics hub throughout Europe. Especially in a year with difficult supply chains, this modern logistics center with a fully automated central warehouse was an important building block for the good ability to deliver, as confirmed by Baumer's customers. The continuously growing development teams for smart sensor solutions are driving the innovation offensive of the technology company.

Baumer is also investing in the future at its headquarters in Frauenfeld (Switzerland). With the new construction of the Innovation Center, the sensor specialist is creating state-of-the-art jobs for its developers here for 20 million Swiss francs.
