Brazil will be the partner country of the Hannover Messe 2026
Jorge Viana, President of the Brazilian Agency for Export Promotion and Investment (APEX), and Dr. Jochen Köckler, CEO of Deutsche Messe AG, sign Memorandum of Understanding

According to Germany Trade & Invest, Brazil is the largest economy in Latin America. With around 216 million inhabitants, large agricultural, raw material and energy resources and a broadly based industry, the country is one of the world's leading economic nations. Brazil is an important trading partner and important production location for German companies.
Germany is Brazil's largest European economic partner: more than 1,500 German subsidiaries generate around 10 percent of Brazil's industrial GDP and create 250,000 jobs. In view of the current geopolitical changes, Brazil is playing an increasingly strategic role, especially for German interests in the areas of climate protection, skilled workers and supply chains. As part of its industrialization strategy, Brazil is focusing on revitalizing its industrial sector, making it an attractive buyer of solutions and products presented at the Hannover Messe.
