This appointment, effective July 1, 2025, is part of a planned leadership transition ahead of Dr. Klaus Kluger's departure in November 2025. Chômienne, previously Country General Manager France and Deputy Country General Manager, brings extensive international experience and combines technical expertise with commercial acumen. He holds degrees in engineering from CentraleSupélec Paris and in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich.

His experience at Bosch in Germany and France has given him in-depth knowledge of European industrial automation trends. At Omron, he has focused on developing customer-centric strategies since 2015. Chômienne sees great opportunities in cooperation between France and Germany, particularly in areas such as e-mobility and medical technology.
