“It is a great honor for Norway to be a partner country. Norway has a highly skilled workforce, advanced industry and energy technology, and a high level of trust and stability, making us an important partner for the green transition and one of the most attractive countries in the world for business. We are very excited about the opportunity to showcase the Norwegian way of doing business and what Norway as a whole has to offer,” says Vestre.

Norway has a rich industrial history and is a reliable energy producer. This heritage, coupled with the country's commitment to accelerating the green transition, will be an advantage as a partner country.

The partner country’s motto is “Norway 2024: Pioneering the Green Industrial Transition”. It highlights Norway's ambitions regarding the transformation towards a low-carbon society, as well as its key role in developing solutions in areas such as renewable energy, carbon-neutral production or the application of green and digital solutions - which are necessary to transform the industry and the goal to achieve zero emissions.

In the Norway pavilion in Hall 12, top Norwegian companies will show products and solutions for the energy transition and a sustainable industry. Exhibitors from the areas of energy, process industry, battery/charging solutions and digitalization will present themselves there. A networking program promotes cooperation between Norwegian and international companies and presents business opportunities for foreign investors. The Norwegian-German Energy Conference on April 23rd complements the program.
