RS Group has appointed Simon Pryce as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director effective April 3, 2023. David Egan, currently Acting CEO, will work with Pryce in his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Pryce is a seasoned leader of global industrial manufacturing and service companies. Most recently, Pryce was CEO of Ultra Electronic Holdings plc, which was acquired by Advent in August 2022, for over four years. Prior to that he held the role of Group Chief Executive at BBA Aviation plc for 10 years and previously held a number of international finance and management positions. He has been a non-executive director at RS since 2016 and has chaired the Remuneration Committee since 2019.

Simon Pryce will step down from all board committees on which he serves, effective immediately. Joan Wainwright will replace Pryce as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
