Statmath becomes 100 percent subsidiary of IFM Solutions

Statmath GmbH has already been part of the IFM group since January 01, 2019. Now, the majority shareholding by IFM Solutions GmbH will become a 100 percent shareholding.

Since its foundation in 2011, Statmath has been dealing with big data and the benefits to be generated from it. "The experience gained from numerous customer projects to generate smart data from Big Data with data analysis and development of algorithms completes our software solutions in the areas of Industry 4.0, Internet of Things and digitalization. This will give our key product moneo further tailwind," says Michael Schimanowski, Managing Director Products at IFM Solutions.

The team of 26 employees from the fields of mathematics, data science, physics and computer science forms the basis of the company, which continues to be led by its two founders Alexander Hoffmann and Christian Friedrich (see picture). "We are very much looking forward to Statmath's continued support in order to continue contributing software modules and intelligent solutions to the product portfolio," saidJoachim Theusner, managing director of technology at IFM Solutions. The simple usability of the apps in the Moneo platform represents a milestone in the world of automation and will become a further differentiating factor in IFM's offering compared to the competition.
