In addition, TQ employs more than 2,000 people for the first time. The company is 30 years old in the new financial year, and what began back then with the two founders, Detlef Schneider and Rüdiger Stahl on the estate in Delling, can now be found worldwide in various sectors, such as passenger aircraft, robots, medical technology, and even more to e-bikes – or even in space travel. Everywhere TQ works with customers. TQ is constantly developing its products and services and is thus able to set new standards in the world of technology with its innovations. "We currently have over 6,000 ongoing projects and products - some of our own products, some of which are customer projects and really across all industries in which we operate," says Rüdiger Stahl, Managing Director and co-founder of TQ.

From the very beginning, the focus was on not only manufacturing electronics, but also always offering development as a service in the projects - innovation and progress, as it were, as a full-service offer - from the idea to the product. A recipe that will continue to pay off in the future. "We will continue to grow healthily in the future and also offer future prospects to more than 2,000 employees here in the region and at our 13 other locations," says Stefan Schneider, the managing director responsible for all TQ production sites.
