Advanced robot vision

The V95i is designed to meet final assembly inspection requirements in box build and PCBA products by providing an additional hardware option to the V9i ARV. The ViTrox V95i rotator is fully integrated with the V9i ARV system. It is attached to a 6-axis collaborative robot (cobot) and enables multi-angle inspection of printed circuit boards (PCBs) up to 510 mm x 510 mm in size. In addition, the V9i is designed with an advanced CAD-less intelligent learning function that uses both machine learning and rule-based algorithms to enable fast recipe setup and comprehensive inspection coverage.
