Control technology tailored to the European market

Inovance Technology Europe introduced four new products for the European market at this year's SPS: the Easy series high-performance PLC, the GL20 I/O modules, the AC703 IPC motion controller and the SV670 servo series. It also introduced the MD800 frequency converter and gave a first look at the SV680 servo drive.

The company offers a complete package of solutions around motion, including motion controllers, servo drives with Ethercat and servo motors, HMI, and low-voltage and medium-voltage frequency converters.

The four new products were developed specifically for the European market. The Easy series PLC, the GL20 I/O modules, the AC703 IPC motion controller and the SV670 servo drive. The Easy series is an Ethercat-capable PLC. The GL20 I/O modules are 2/3 smaller than Inovance's previous generation of products and offer a cycle time of 125 microseconds. The AC703 IPC motion controller offers a Codesys (IEC 61131-3) programming environment, allows control of up to 32 axes, has support for Webvisu servers, EoE, the IIoT and safe shutdown (without an additional UPS). Finally, the SV670 single-axis pulse servo drive offers high performance, advanced functionality and true flexibility.

Inovance also previewed the SV680 servo drive with functional safety features - including FSoE - and high performance at this year's SPS, and also showcased the MD800 AC multidrive for the first time. The MD800 is a compact AC multidrive developed in response to European OEMs' demand for lower installation costs and smaller machine cabinets.
