Fisba and Gray Optics move in together in Maine

Fisba has acquired Gray Optics, a developer of precision optical systems, in North America.

This acquisition aims to deepen and expand the engineering and development capabilities of the North American branch. To strengthen performance, both locations, Tucson, Arizona, and Portland, Maine, will be combined.

The current production in Tucson will be relocated to the new premises in Saco, Maine, by the end of the year. Gray Optics employees will also relocate in the first quarter of 2024. By merging, Fisba North America is combining its strengths in product development, precision assembly, measurement and testing technology, and production.
