Nabtesco has developed a flexible modular system for the servo gear units of the new Neco series. Combinations of standardized elements create a large number of defined interfaces that cover a wide range of drives without much effort. In this way, users can use the Neco gearboxes with all motor brands and types available on the market.

The Neco series is a completely closed gear unit that defines a new standard in terms of design, corrosion protection, economy and flexibility. The compact gears achieve high precision with a hysteresis loss of 0.5 arc.min and are extremely robust thanks to the double-bearing eccentric shafts and the bearing-mounted drive shaft. 

By adapting the motor shaft using a radial clamping ring in a low-inertia design, the inertia on the motor shaft is reduced by up to 39 percent. This enables extremely dynamic cycles.
