Panasonic opens Customer Experience Center (CXC) in Munich, Germany
Drives, industrial robots and pick-and-place machines
The CXC is intended to be a brand world, dialog platform, event venue, and training location open to B2B customers, retail partners, developers, start-ups, and universities. In addition, the exhibition program will be continuously updated and is intended to present Panasonic as a powerful enabler for high-tech solutions in the areas of mobility, business and living.
The CXC in the east of Munich is part of Panasonic Campus Munich, the European headquarters of Panasonic Industry, and offers flexibly usable space. In addition to development teams, application engineers, industrial customers and trade partners, external groups will also be able to take advantage of the innovative, continuously updated technology presentations and the high-tech environment with state-of-the-art presentation techniques. In addition, Panasonic Industry Europe will use the CXC's extensive facilities for public dialogue events with local, regional and international business and academia, theme workshops, product premieres and media events.
"Our European customers appreciate our quality, but often only know Panasonic through individual core components. The astonishment is very high when we show customers how many innovative applications are based on our technologies and for how many European companies we are already the most important enabler for high-tech and sustainable solutions. From innovative components to integrated solutions, from e-mobility to Industry 4.0 and connected supply chain to smart living space," explains Johannes Spatz, President at Panasonic Industry Europe.
Alexander Schultz-Storz, Head of Cross-Value Division, Panasonic Industry Europe, adds, "The new facilities in the CXC - such as product islands, presentation stages, application center, co-creation zone as well as meeting and training rooms - now allow us to inform our customers, universities, start-ups and sales partners as comprehensively as they do specifically and to let the innovations for the coming years and beyond emerge in fruitful collaboration."
