Angle sensor with automatic position correction and multiturn

iC-Haus

05.09.22 - For the first time, the PVL4M development board offers the combination of a TMR angle sensor with the Hall sensor iC-PVL from ic-Haus for absolute angle measurement and counting of revolutions at the free end of the axis, the so-called end-of-shaft position.

Both sensors are evaluated by the new 26-bit encoder signal processor iC-TW29 with integrated EEPROM; Various iC-TW29 evaluation boards are available for combination with the PVL4M sensor board. The sine/cosine signals of the TMR sensor are processed in the chip, interpolated and output with a freely selectable resolution, for example via BiSS with an angular resolution of 18 bits and a number of revolutions of 24 bits.
