29.06.2022 - Automating the loading and unloading of machines increases efficiency in production - especially if the subsequent manual visual inspection also runs automatically. AI-pro develops individual solutions for this and supplements machines such as the servo press from Tox Pressotechnik with robots and artificial intelligence.

AI-pro was looking for a stable press with a servo drive that would enable a short cycle time, measure the offset X and thereby monitor the process. As soon as the X value is exceeded or fallen short of, the system should recognize and eject the faulty part. The decision was made in favor of a Tox Pressotechnik C-frame press. The electric drive of type EX-K is responsible for the drive. A planetary roller screw precisely converts the rotational movement into a linear feed, which presses the tool into the component at up to 200 kilonewtons.
