Congatec introduces the 12th generation of Intel Core mobile and desktop processors (formerly codenamed Alder Lake) on 10 new COM HPC and COM Express Computer-on-Modules. Equipped with the latest high-performance cores from Intel, the new modules in the form factors COM-HPC Size A and C as well as COM Express Type 6 offer significant increases in performance and functional improvements for embedded and edge computing systems. Particularly impressive is the fact that developers can now take advantage of Intel's innovative performance hybrid architecture.

The system is powerful with up to 14 cores/20 threads with BGA configuration and 16 cores/24 threads with the desktop variants (LGA configuration). Next-generation IoT and Edge applications benefit from up to 6 or 8 (BGA/LGA) optimized performance cores (P-Cores) plus up to 8 power-saving Efficient-Cores (E-Cores) and DDR5 memory support to enable multithreading -Speed up applications and run background tasks more efficiently.
