Measuring device for multi-component sensors

09.12.22 - GTM has developed a measuring device for multi-component sensors (MKA). The special feature: With the MKA calibration, the various force vectors are measured simultaneously and fully automatically.

With it it is now possible to measure forces and moments in all vector axes at the same time, and it is fully automated. Gravity can be well simulated in all axes.

The data obtained with the newer method are also more meaningful, their information content about the behavior of the calibrated object is significantly higher. Last but not least, the relative measurement uncertainty of the new measuring device is groundbreaking at just 0.1 percent compared to the existing measuring device of 0.5 percent.
