Spot light for a millionth of a second

Evotron

Evotron expands the product portfolio: In the area of high-performance LED spot lighting, the S-5x50 product series, which is equipped with Lumisens technology, is added.

The models are housed in a thermally optimized aluminum housing with protection class IP67. With a working distance of 50 mm, they generate a homogeneously illuminated spot with a diameter of 5 mm with a high-performance LED. They are supported by highly dynamic digital control technology and focusable glass optics that can be secured against misalignment.

In continuous operation, a maximum of 10W light output falls on the illuminated area; in flash mode it is a maximum of 35W. Evotron's spotlights from the S-5x50 series are among the brightest LED spotlights on the market. In flash mode, light pulses of a millionth of a second (1µs) are possible. Image sensors in current standard cameras can use this light energy to produce high-contrast and precisely repeatable images. The light colors blue, green and amber are currently available for this purpose, white is in the production transition. LED spotlights of the S-5x50 series are therefore suitable for high-speed applications in reflected and transmitted light.
