Vision 2021: Three camera series from low to high-end

IDS

Camera manufacturer IDS will show four vision systems at Vision 2021, three of which are new: the UEye XCP, Ueye XLE and Ueye Warp10 cameras and the Ensenso S 3D sensor.

The Ueye XCP camera family demonstrates that cost-effective C-mount industrial cameras can be offered in the industry's smallest standard format. Initially, the USB3 camera is available with the AR0234 2.3-MP global shutter sensor and the AR0521 5-MP rolling shutter sensor from ON Semiconductor.

Designed for high-volume and price-sensitive projects is the Ueye XLE camera family. With the many available housing and lens holder variants, compact dimensions and USB3 interface, the cameras can be easily integrated into any machine vision system.

For users with particularly high demands on resolution, image quality and transmission speed, IDS presents industrial cameras with 10GigE high-speed interface and various sensors up to 45 MP under the name Ueye Warp10. They are capable of precisely capturing even high-speed processes and forwarding the image information in the network without delay.

Ensenso S is designed for 3D applications that require low-cost, easy-to-integrate, industrial-grade camera technology. The models feature a compact zinc die-cast housing (IP 65/67), a 1.6 MP Sony sensor and an infrared LED laser, and provide robust 3D information even in low ambient light.
