AOS: Process analysis through a compact, high-speed camera system

Modern production companies require innovative support systems to minimize machine shutdowns, fault rates and material rejection - thus increasing company earnings. With its innovative, high-speed video system Promon Scope, AOS Technologies has launched a virtually perfect full-scale solution that records industrial processes with unprecedented ease. The compact, ready-to-record system achieves unparalleled slow-motion recordings thanks to image rates of up to 1,000 per second. In addition to this, the system's 40-minute recording capacity ensures that the entire process (from alpha to omega) is captured and evaluated. This way, fault causes are localized - and idle time and material rejection minimized.
Promon Scope is operated via an integrated touchscreen - and thanks to its multi-lingual, intuitive user screen, even less experienced users can operate the system in a safe and comfortable manner.
