Matthias Altendorf is to become the new President of the Board of Directors on January 1, 2024. From the point of view of the shareholders, to whom he will be proposed for election at the Annual General Meeting on April 3, 2023, Klaus Endress says that he is the right person for this position: "He has known our company for 35 years. He has been managing the group of companies with care and success for almost a decade. These decisions were preceded by many considerations and discussions among the shareholders, family and board of directors. "Of course, the family will remain closely linked to the company," emphasizes Klaus Endress. As before, it should be represented by two members on the Board of Directors. Steven Endress will therefore move in there on January 1, 2024 as the second representative alongside Sandra Genge. A family charter has been regulating the cooperation between the shareholders and their relationships with the company for years. Fixed institutions and regular get-togethers strengthen cooperation and introduce members of the younger generation to the company.
