Ipf Turns 40

Sensor specialist celebrates anniversary

23.06.2022 - Ipf Electronic can look back on 40 years of company history this year. Over the years, the company has become an expert in the development of user-specific sensor solutions.

Ipf Electronic was founded in 1982 by Wolfgang Neuhaus (deceased 2016) and Reinhard Siringhaus. The sensor specialist now employs 140 people in Germany and abroad. Since 2020, the company headquarters have been located in a new building measuring around 7,500 square meters in the Rosmart industrial park near Altena. In the same year, the previously three companies were merged to form Ipf Electronic GmbH, which now has four managing directors with different areas of focus: Dirk Neuhaus, Christian Fiebach, Detlef Rössel and Bodo Hano.
