The expansion of in-house production and the growing machine park led to the construction of a new building opposite the main building. The new location covers 50 percent of the production capacity for customer-specific solutions and comprises 3,000 square meters. A modern CNC turning center, the Mazak HQR-100MSY, supports high-precision machining and automates workflows.

Sustainability played a central role in the planning: the building has photovoltaics, district heating, and heat pumps, as well as energy-efficient ventilation and LED lighting. These measures are designed to create a modern, efficient, and sustainable production environment.
